Betts Keating works as a freelance graphic designer and an author.
Betts learned that she needed to admit that she needed help to survive her situation. She felt very alone and didn’t have anyone to turn to. Writing her book was a big part of processing her responsibility in her feelings of loneliness as well as helping cope with the trials of a daughter that has congenital heart disease, the constant moving from city to city, and having very little tangible support.
Her book , My Movie Memoir Screenplay Novel, is written in the most creative way: part screen play/part novel. And it weaves a tale that she describes: “how do you survive something hard and move forward from it?”
You’ll love listening to Betts as she agrees that life can be hard. And that our trials are uniquely difficult. But we certainly aren’t alone.
